You can find us up on the fourth floor at 401 Mandapeshwar Evershine Residency. It’s a bit different running a surgical supply business from a residency building, but it works for us. We handle a lot of different medical items and equipment every day. The boxes tend to pile up near the entrance when a new shipment comes in. We spend a lot of time checking labels and making sure everything is where it should be. It’s quiet up here compared to the street, which helps when we’re trying to count inventory. Most of our day is spent answering the phone or packing up things that need to go out. We don’t have a big storefront with a window display. It’s more of a practical setup where we focus on getting the supplies sorted. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, so we have to plan ahead when we're moving heavier crates. It’s just part of being in this location. We’ve gotten to know the other people in the building over time. Dealing with surgical products requires a bit of focus, so we try to keep the workspace organized, even if it gets a bit cluttered during the busy hours. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team here making sure the orders are handled right. It’s a steady pace, and we like being tucked away in this part of the city.
