Our office is in the Trade Center building at Bandra Kurla Complex, specifically room 216. Being in BKC means there is always a lot of movement and noise around us, which matches the pace of the work we do. We handle a lot of engineering and construction projects, mostly focused on the energy sector. It’s a lot of coordination between the people here in the office and the crews out at the sites. We spend a good chunk of our time on the phone or looking at blueprints and schedules. It’s not always pretty, and things go wrong more often than we’d like, but that’s just the nature of construction. We’ve been in this space for some time now. The office is usually cluttered with site reports and safety manuals. We aren't a huge corporate machine with a million rules, just a team trying to get these projects finished on time. Lunch usually happens at the desks because there's always something urgent coming in. Bandra East is a busy hub, and we fit right into that hustle. We don't spend much on decorating the place because we’re usually too busy with the actual work. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, especially when the monsoons slow down the outdoor work, but we find ways to keep things moving. We just take it one project at a time and try to stay organized amidst all the chaos of the building industry. We have been working out of this trade center for years and know the building inside out.
