We've been here at the Tardeo Air Conditioned Market for quite a while now. Most people know us as the place at number 18. It gets pretty busy around here, especially in the afternoons when the sun is really beating down outside, so we're glad for the AC. Usually, it's just a couple of us sitting behind the desks, dealing with piles of paperwork for visas and looking up flights on the computers. Some days it's just constant phone calls about ticket prices or someone asking about how to get their passport renewed without a headache. We aren't a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a practical space where we keep our files and meet folks who need to get somewhere else. Sometimes the printers act up or the internet slows down, but we just keep at it. People come in from the neighborhood or stop by while they are doing other shopping in the building. We know a lot of the regulars who travel for work every few months. It's just a standard travel desk really. We handle the bookings and try to make sure nobody misses their connections. It's nothing too complicated, just a lot of checking dates and making sure names are spelled right on the forms. If you've been around the market, you've probably walked past our door a dozen times. We just try to get things done and keep the folders organized.
