We've been operating out of Mahim West for a while now, specifically at 201 in the Hiren Indl. Estate on Mogul Lane. It’s a busy spot, and most days you’ll find us busy with various furniture pieces. Eliteo/Niteo Furnitures Pvt. Ltd. isn't a fancy showroom with bright lights; it’s more of a practical workspace where things actually get built. People often stop by just to see what we are currently working on. The building itself is older, but it works for what we need. We spend most of our time dealing with wood, metal, and fabric. Sometimes the noise from the lane gets a bit much, but that’s just life in this part of town. We don't really do much in terms of fancy brochures or big ads. Most of our work comes from people knowing we are here and what we do. It’s a small team, and we all know our roles pretty well. If you come up to the second floor, you'll see the stacks of materials and tools everywhere. It’s not always tidy, but things get done. We just keep our heads down and handle the orders as they come in. Being in Mahim makes it easy for folks to find us, though parking is usually a headache on Mogul Lane. That’s just how it goes. We’ve stayed in this location because it’s central and familiar to our regulars who have been coming here for years now.
