Our company is Elevator-Control Automation (India) Pvt. Ltd., and we’re based in the Prabhat Industrial Estate. We occupy Units 5 and 6 in the Sagar Building, which is right on the Western Express Highway in Dahisar East. It’s a very busy part of town, and the noise from the highway is something we hear all day long. We work on the control systems that make elevators go up and down safely. Our units are filled with wires, boards, and different testing equipment. It’s not a fancy office; it’s a working space where things get built and repaired. We aren't some massive corporation with a glass tower. We’re an industrial business that focuses on the technical side of things. Most of us have spent our whole careers working with elevators, so we’ve seen just about every problem there is. When a lift breaks down somewhere in the city, we’re often the ones who get the call to fix the electronics. We don’t have a big sales team. Our work comes from building a reputation for actually fixing things. We might have a few boxes piled up in the corners and the desks might be covered in diagrams, but we know where everything is. It’s just a busy, practical shop in Dahisar East where we keep the city’s elevators running as best as we can. We've been here for years and we're just part of the local industrial scene. It can be a long day sometimes, but it’s what we know.
