Kharghar is a pretty big area, but we are over in Sector 20, specifically at Shop 25 in the Twince Tower. It’s right behind Jalvayu Vihar, which is a big landmark for people around here. Elegance Hair & Beauty is a simple name for a simple place. We handle hair and beauty stuff for everyone who walks in. The building itself, Plot 57, is easy to spot. Navi Mumbai has its own vibe, a bit slower than the main city but still busy. We get a lot of people from the towers nearby who just walk over in their slippers. It’s that kind of neighborhood. The shop isn’t massive, but we’ve arranged the chairs so it doesn't feel too tight. We have some plants near the window that try their best to grow despite the indoor light. Sometimes we forget to water them, but they survive. Most of the time, the shop is filled with the sound of the local radio or just people talking about their jobs and kids. We don't have any fancy mission statements or things like that. We just open up, make sure the towels are clean, and wait for the first customer. It’s been our routine for a long time now. People appreciate that they can just show up and we’ll know what they want without them having to explain it every single time. It’s just a local business doing its thing.
