You can find us at 42/B on Rama Vilas Road, right in the heart of the Lohar Chawl area. If you know this part of town, you know exactly how crowded and loud it gets. There is always someone pushing a heavy cart or unloading a delivery van right in front of the door. Our space isn't huge, but we have learned how to make it work over the years. We handle a lot of different electrical equipment and heavy parts. The walls are lined with shelves full of heavy-duty stuff that people need for their projects. It is a bit cramped inside because we try to keep as much stock on hand as possible. Sometimes you actually have to turn sideways just to get down one of the aisles. We spend the day answering the phone and checking the paper ledgers. It is a lot of manual work, lifting heavy boxes and checking technical specifications. The air always smells a bit like copper wire and old paper. We do not have a fancy neon sign, just the painted one that has been there for years. The guys who work here have been doing this a long time. We know the regulars by their voices before they even walk through the front door. It is a gritty part of town, but it is where the real business happens every day. We do not bother with decorations or any of that. If the lights are on, we are working.
