We aren't in one of those huge glass towers. We have a more modest setup here. It’s a place where we can sit down and focus on the technical side of marine work. We deal with a lot of navigation tools and safety equipment for vessels. It’s steady work, and it requires a lot of attention to detail. We’ve been in this building for a while now, and the neighbors know us as the marine guys. Our team is pretty small. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the phone picks it up. We talk to suppliers, we talk to ship owners, and we try to make sure everything lines up. It’s not always easy, especially when parts are delayed or the weather is bad at the docks. But we stick with it. We like the practical side of things. There’s a certain satisfaction in seeing a piece of equipment come back to life after you’ve been tinkering with it for hours. We aren't looking to change the world. We just want to make sure the ships leaving the harbor have what they need to get where they’re going safely.
