You can find us at the Shah and Nahar Industrial Estate in Lower Parel. We are in unit 355/356, A/2. This area used to be all about the mills, but now it’s a mix of everything. Sun Mill Compound is right there on S. J. Marg. It’s a busy spot with lots of vehicles and people trying to find parking. Our workspace is pretty straightforward. We deal with gold and jewels, so we have to keep things very organized. The industrial estate has a certain feel to it—concrete floors, heavy doors, and the sound of machines or fans everywhere. We aren't here to impress anyone with a fancy lounge. We just have our workstations where we sit and do the daily tasks. Whether it’s looking at new pieces or sorting through orders, it takes up most of our time. Sometimes the humidity in Mumbai makes the office feel a bit heavy, but we just get on with it. We’ve been part of the Lower Parel business community for a while now. Getting to work involves navigating the mess of the railway station nearby and the narrow lanes of the compound. It’s a practical life. We come in, do the work for Eka Gold and Jewels, and head out when the sun starts to go down. It’s not complicated, just a regular day in a busy Mumbai industrial estate. We don't worry about much else besides the jewelry on our table.
