You can find us in Vile Parle East, specifically on M G Road inside the Vireshwar Chamber. Our office is at 206, and it’s usually filled with boxes of medical supplies and equipment waiting to be shipped out. It’s a bit of a maze in here sometimes when a new shipment arrives. M G Road is always busy, so there’s a lot of noise coming up from the street. We spend our time checking invoices and making sure the right parts are going to the right clinics. It’s a lot of detail work, and we try not to let anything slip through the cracks. We aren't a big hospital or a fancy lab, just an office where we manage the systems that doctors use. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, so we end up taking the stairs quite a bit. We’ve got a small kettle for tea and a few desks pushed together. It’s a functional space. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just talk to the people who need our gear and get it to them. It’s a simple business, really. We just focus on the equipment and the paperwork, day in and day out, in our corner of Vile Parle. Most of our afternoon is spent on the computer or labeling boxes. It's quiet work compared to the street outside. We just keep at it until the day is done.
