Echo Hotel Royal Orchid Central

We are located over at Andheri West 67 L 3. Running Echo Hotel Royal Orchid Central takes up most of our time, from early morning until late at night. It’s a big building, and there is always something that needs fixing or a room that needs a bit of extra attention. We see a lot of people coming through, some just for a night and others staying longer because of work. The staff here is mostly local, and we all just try to get through the shift without too much trouble. It isn't always perfect, sometimes the elevators are slow or someone forgets to restock the towels, but we fix it when we see it. We don’t spend much time on fancy talk. We just want to make sure people have a place to sleep that isn't a mess. The street outside is usually crowded, which is just how this part of town is. We’ve been here long enough that the surroundings feel like home. It’s hard work keeping a place like this going day after day. We don't have some big philosophy about it, we just show up and do what needs to be done. If a lightbulb goes out, we change it. If the lobby gets dusty, we sweep it. That is pretty much our daily life here, keeping things moving as best as we can.
