Earthy Glamping Resorts Llp has its office at 52, Rajkamal-B, inside the Rajkamal Studio in Parel. This is in the 400012 area of Mumbai. It is a pretty cool place to work because of all the history of the studio. Our space is just a regular office unit where we plan out our glamping sites. Glamping is all about staying in tents but with more comfort, so we spend a lot of time looking at different fabrics and outdoor gear. The office is often filled with samples of canvas and wooden pegs. Parel is a very central part of Mumbai and it is always crowded. We have to navigate through a lot of people just to get into the building. We are an LLP, which means it’s a partnership and we all share the workload. We don't have any fancy titles or a big management structure. We just work together to get the projects finished. Sometimes we have to travel out to the sites to see how the tents are holding up. The city life is busy, but we try to bring a bit of the outdoors into our work. We aren't a huge chain. We just focus on these specific glamping spots. Most of our day is spent on the computer or the phone. It is a lot of small details that have to be just right. We just take it one day at a time.
