You can find us over at Moraj Residence in Sanpada, right near the Dominos in Sector 16. Shop number 32 is where we spend most of our time. It’s a decent spot, especially when the evening rush starts and everyone is heading home from the station. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years, but we’re still here doing the same things. It’s mostly hair and basic grooming. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know what we’re doing. Sometimes it’s quiet and we just sit and talk, and other times every chair is full and the phone won’t stop ringing. Being near Dominos means it always smells like pizza outside, which makes us hungry by four o'clock. We try to keep things relaxed because life in Navi Mumbai is already stressful enough. Nobody wants to come in and feel like they’re in a sterile hospital. We’ve got some posters on the wall and the air conditioning works most of the time, which is the main thing people care about in the summer. It’s just a regular local shop where you can get your hair sorted without any fuss. We know most of our regulars by name now. It’s nice to see the same faces every month. We just keep our heads down and work. There’s always something to clean or someone needing a quick shave before a meeting.
