We have been based at Malad West 419 for a good number of years now. Handling concrete is what we do day in and day out at Dynasore Concrete Treatment. It’s dusty and heavy work, but that is just part of the job. Our location in Malad is quite convenient for getting around, though the traffic can be a real mess sometimes. Most of the people around here have seen our trucks coming and going. We don't have a fancy office with leather chairs or glass walls. It is a simple place with just the equipment we need to get things done. We spend a lot of time mixing materials and making sure the surfaces are treated correctly. Sometimes the heat in the afternoon is a bit too much, so we take a break and sit near the fan. It is a straightforward life. We don't bother with big presentations or marketing speak. If there is a floor that needs fixing or a slab that needs treatment, we just go and do it. The guys on the team have been working together for a long time, so we don't need to talk much to know what the other is thinking. Every day brings something a bit different, even if it is all concrete in the end. We just keep our heads down and work. That’s how we have always done things here. We have our regular spots for tea and we know the other business owners nearby. It is a real community feeling even in a busy place like Malad. We’re just happy to keep the business running.
