Durian Ind Limited

We are located right in the Hansaraj Pragji Compound, which is behind Geeta Cinema over on Dr. E. Moses Road. Worli is a busy place, and our spot is no different. Durian Ind Limited has been operating out of this 83-C address for quite some time. It's an old compound, so it has that lived-in feel to it. We deal with furniture and industrial stuff, mostly just managing things from this office and warehouse space. The traffic on Dr. E. Moses Road can be a nightmare sometimes, especially in the afternoons, so getting deliveries in and out takes a bit of planning. Inside, it's mostly stacks of materials and people checking orders. We don't have a flashy showroom here, it's more about the day-to-day operations. Most of us have been working here for years and know the layout of the building by heart. It’s a bit cramped with all the boxes, but we make it work. We spend our mornings going through what needs to be shipped and our evenings making sure everything is locked up. It's a steady pace. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the cinema nearby and the local street sounds, but that's just life in this part of Mumbai. We’re just regular folks doing our jobs in a corner of the city that's seen a lot of changes over the years. We keep a small kettle for tea in the corner of the office for when we need a break.
