We are based in Jogeshwari West, tucked away in a spot where we’ve been for quite some time now. We deal with jewelry, but we aren't like those big, shiny showrooms you see in the malls. Our place is smaller and feels more personal. We spend a lot of time working on repairs, like fixing a broken clasp or resizing a ring that doesn't fit quite right anymore. We also do some custom pieces when someone has a specific idea they want to bring to life. It’s a lot of sitting at the workbench with small tools and a magnifying glass. The shop is simple, with a few glass cases to show what we have, but the real work happens in the back. Jogeshwari is a busy place, and we get people from all over the neighborhood stopping by. Sometimes they just want their old silver cleaned up, and other times they’re looking for something special for a family wedding. We don't have a big sales team; it’s usually just us. We usually take our time and make sure things are done right. It’s a quiet kind of work compared to the noise of the street outside. We’ve seen families grow up over the years, coming to us for their first pair of earrings and then later for their engagement rings. It’s nice to be part of the community like that. We don't do much advertising; word of mouth has always been enough.
