You can find us at Neelkamal Apartments in Ghansoli, New Mumbai. We are in Flat 305 of the B Wing on Plot 17. It’s a bit of a different setup being in a residential sector, but it works for what we do at Dubas Engineering. Sector 5 is usually pretty active, and being here puts us right in the middle of the local scene. We don't have a huge lobby or a receptionist at the front. It’s just our work space where the engineering happens. People often get confused with the wings, but once you find B Wing, it’s easy. We’ve been operating from this flat for a bit now. It gets a little crowded when we have a lot of gear around, but we keep things organized enough to get the job done. Working in New Mumbai has its own rhythm, and we’ve gotten used to it. No flashy signs or anything. We just focus on the projects at hand. If there's a problem, we fix it. That's basically how we operate. We’ve met plenty of neighbors who know us as the engineering outfit on the third floor. It’s straightforward, no-nonsense work. We might not have the biggest office in town, but the guys here know their stuff. We usually grab lunch from the local stalls nearby and then get right back to the drawings. It’s a simple routine that has worked for us for years now. We just keep the lights on and the work moving.
