If you head over to Bhayander East, you’ll find us in Indralok Phase 6. We’re in the Star Premier 1 A building. It’s a lively part of the Mumbai outskirts, right on the edge of Thane district. Working in hospitality here is always a bit of a rush. Between the trains and the crowds, there’s never a dull moment. We handle hotel management and other work for DSJR Hotels & Hospitality Private Limited from our office. It’s a lot of coordination. You have to keep track of staff, supplies, and whatever else pops up during the day. We aren't interested in being the biggest company out there. We just want to do our jobs well and keep the business running. The office is usually a bit messy with papers and schedules pinned to the walls. We don't have any polished speeches to give. We’re just real people who know how hard it is to run a hotel in a place as busy as Mumbai. Some days the traffic in Bhayander makes us want to stay in the office forever, but we get through it. It’s just us, DSJR, working hard in Indralok to make sure our projects stay on track. It’s a simple life, mostly spent on the phone or in meetings. We try to be practical and just deal with things as they come up, without making a big fuss about it. That's how we've always done things here.
