We are located at Aqua House on Sinhagad Road in Pune. Our unit is number 203. It’s a busy road, especially during the morning and evening rush. We’ve been in the Parvati area for quite some time now. The building is a mix of different offices and shops. Our space isn’t very large, but it’s enough for what we do. We mostly spend our time on the technical side of things, dealing with drives and such. It’s just a few of us here. We don’t have fancy carpets or a receptionist. Usually, if the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. We have a lot of manuals and spare parts stacked up on the shelves. Sometimes it looks a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. It’s a comfortable enough place to work. We get our lunch from the local shops nearby. People in the building are friendly. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big corporate look. We just want to get the repairs or the orders done correctly. If you are coming down Sinhagad Road, Aqua House is easy to spot. We stay pretty busy throughout the week. It’s a lot of hands-on work. We don't really do big ads. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they are already in the neighborhood. It is a simple operation and we like it that way.
