Alfa Autotech

Working at Alfa Autotech means dealing with a lot of noise. We are right in Jogeshwari West at the Sardar Patel Market, unit 2/C/4. If you’ve ever been to the market, you know it’s a constant roar of trucks and people shouting. Our shop is right in the thick of it. We spend most of our time with grease on our hands and a wrench nearby. The space is cramped because we have parts and tools sitting on every available shelf. It’s not the cleanest place in the world, but we know where every single nut and bolt is kept. We’ve been at 2/C/4 for quite a while now. The walls have that specific smell of oil and old metal. We don't really have a front desk or a waiting room. People just walk in, show us what’s broken, and we see if we can fix it. Usually, we can. We talk to the other shop owners around the market during our lunch breaks. It’s a tight community here. We don't bother with fancy advertising because the word of mouth around Jogeshwari is enough. We just work on the machines and try to keep things running. It gets dusty, and the lights flicker sometimes when the power isn't steady, but we just keep going. It’s honest work and we like being right here in the middle of the market chaos.
