We are Drier Engineers Bombay Pvt Ltd, located over in Chembur East at 40975. It’s an engineering place, so there’s always something being built or designed in the back. We work on driers, which is technical stuff involving a lot of metalwork and heat systems. Our workshop is usually full of tools and parts waiting to be put together for a project. It’s not the quietest environment to work in, but we actually prefer it that way. If it’s too quiet, it usually means we don’t have much work on the floor. We have been in Chembur for a long time. The area has changed a bit over the years, but we’re still here doing the same things we always did. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do for our customers. We just make machines that work the way they are supposed to. Sometimes a client comes in with a specific problem with their equipment, and we have to sit down and figure out the engineering side of it. It takes time and sometimes a few tries to get everything exactly right. We don't have a big corporate office with fancy rugs; it's mostly just the space where the actual work happens. The floors are hard concrete and the lights are bright so we can see what we are doing. We just show up and get back to it.
