Dr Sonagra Medical & Surgical Centre is located over in Ghatkopar, right on LBS Road. If you know where the Shiv Plaza building is, that’s us. We are right opposite the telephone exchange. It’s a handy location because of the bus stops and everything nearby. We do both medical and surgical work here. It’s a family-run kind of vibe. We have been in this part of Ghatkopar for quite a while now. The building is a bit older, but we keep the clinic clean. Dealing with LBS Road traffic is the worst part of the day, honestly. It can take forever just to get a few blocks. We see all sorts of patients coming in for different things. Some just need a quick checkup and others are here for surgery. We try to be helpful when people walk in. There’s a lot of paperwork usually, but we help folks get through it all. It isn't a massive corporate hospital where you feel lost in the halls. It’s more of a local place where the doctor knows your name after a couple of visits. We are open most days during the week. People usually call before coming because it gets crowded in the waiting area. Being right across from the telephone exchange makes it easy to give directions over the phone. We just focus on getting people treated and back home. It's a straightforward medical center without any of those fancy extras or expensive stuff.
