Dr. Milind Merchant Sanjeevani Hospital

Sanjeevani Hospital is right on Sahar Road in Nityanand Nagar, which is very close to the railway station. Because of the station, there is always a flow of people walking past our doors. You can hear the trains if you stand still for a second. Dr. Milind Merchant has been running things here for a long time. It is a hospital, so things never really stop. There is always a nurse moving around or someone cleaning the floors. It feels a bit cramped sometimes because we try to fit a lot into this space. We have beds for people who need to stay over and a small area for those just coming in for a quick look. Sahar Road is always congested, so getting supplies delivered can be a bit of a headache. The building itself is older, and you can see the wear and tear on the doorframes and the tiles. We don't worry too much about the looks as long as the medicine is right and the patients are taken care of. Working here means long hours and lots of tea to keep going. We know the local shops well, and the guys at the station know us too. It is a community thing. People come here because we are right where they live and work. It is not like those big glass buildings in the fancy parts of town, it is just a local hospital. We handle whatever comes through the door as best we can.
