You can find us at Dow Chemicals International Pvt. Ltd. over in Vikhroli West. We are on the first floor of the block at Gate No. 2 in the Godrej IT Park. It’s a pretty modern area, part of the Godrej Business District on LBS Marg. Even though it is an IT park, our side of things is focused on the chemical business. The office is usually humming with people on phones or at their desks trying to coordinate things across different regions. It’s a bit different from a factory floor, but it is still busy in its own way. The commute through Vikhroli can be a headache with the traffic on LBS Marg, but once you are inside the district, it is a bit more organized. We spend a lot of time looking at spreadsheets and talking to clients. It is not the most exciting stuff to talk about, but it is what keeps the company running. We have our coffee breaks and small talk in the corridors like any other office. We do not really go for big corporate speeches. We just try to get the logistics and sales numbers right so the products get to the right people. Being in a place like Pirojshanagar means there are always other businesses around, so it feels like a real hub. It is a lot of coordination and paperwork, making sure standards are met without making things too complicated. We just show up and do what needs doing to keep the supply chain moving.
