Display Max India

Display Max India is a small shop at number one in Oshiwara, right on S.V. Road. It’s right opposite the Veena Dalvai Industrial Estate in Jogeshwari West. If you know Mumbai, you know how busy this road gets. There’s a constant hum of rickshaws and buses outside our door. Inside, the space is pretty tight because we have racks and display stands everywhere. It’s a bit of a squeeze to move around sometimes, especially when we get a new shipment in. We spend our days putting things together and showing people how they can set up their own stores. It’s a lot of metal and glass, and we have to be careful not to break anything in the crowded space. The shop gets dusty because of all the traffic on S.V. Road, so we’re always wiping things down, but it’s a losing battle really. We don’t have fancy air conditioning, just a couple of wall fans that keep us from sweating too much. Most of our customers are local shop owners who need a way to show off their goods. We talk to them, figure out what they need, and try to find something that fits their space. It’s a busy life in a busy part of town. We don’t have a big corporate office; we just work right here out of the shop in Jogeshwari.
