Disha Transports

We operate Disha Transports out of 14/6 Rajdarsan Society on Samarth Path in Sion. It is not a huge office but it is where all the coordination happens. Sion is a very busy area for transport and you can always hear the heavy trucks rumbling nearby on the main roads. Our room in Rajdarsan Society is mostly filled with logbooks, maps, and a few old wooden desks. We spend a lot of our time on the phone talking to drivers and making sure the loads are moving as they should. There is always a lot of paperwork to deal with and we usually have stacks of files waiting to be sorted. The society itself is quite calm compared to the noise of the transport hub outside. We have a small balcony where we sometimes take a break and look out at the street. It is a very hands-on job and things can get a bit chaotic when there is a delay somewhere. We don't use any complicated software, just our notebooks and the phone. Samarth Path is a good location because it is easy for people to find us. We have been in this spot for a while and the neighbors know us well. It is a straightforward business and we just focus on getting the trucks from one point to another without too much trouble. It is a long day usually but we like the pace of it.
