Dipti Communication

Dipti Communication is tucked away in Shop No 2 at the Special Executive Office in Parel. It’s a bit of a specific location to find, but once you get into the building, we are right there on the ground level. We handle a lot of the basic communication needs for the people who work or live in the area. It might be phone recharges or just helping someone get their new SIM card working right. The shop is cozy, which is a nice way of saying it’s quite small. We have a couple of plastic chairs for people to wait in, but usually, they just stand and chat while we work. Parel is a busy part of the city, and there’s always some kind of construction or traffic happening outside our door. We’ve seen a lot of different businesses come and go, but we’ve stayed put in Shop No 2. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s useful for the neighborhood. We don't use any fancy computer software to track every little thing; we mostly use a big ledger and a pen. It works for us and hasn't failed yet. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't found the time or the energy to move everything out of the way. We’re more focused on getting the work done for the people who need it. Everyone knows they can come to us when they have a problem and we won't charge them for advice.
