Dinesh Panbidi Shop

Dinesh Panbidi Shop is located over in the M I D C Plots. Specifically, we are in the Jagadusha Nagar area. It’s a bit of an industrial spot, so there are always trucks and workers moving around. The shop itself is just a small wooden counter with jars stacked up. We keep the pan leaves fresh in a wet cloth. Jagadusha Nagar can get quite dusty with all the construction and the M I D C traffic. We spend the day rolling pan and talking to the regulars. Most people come by for a quick bidi or some supari. We have some jars of sweets for the kids who walk past after school. The sun hits the front of the shop in the afternoon, so we put up a bit of shade. It’s not a fancy place, just a local spot where you can grab what you need. We know most of the people who work in the nearby plots. Sometimes it gets very quiet during the middle of the day. Then the evening rush starts when everyone finishes their shift. We stay open until the street lights come on. Jagadusha Nagar is a busy place to be. We just sit here on our stools and watch the world go by. The M I D C area is mostly concrete, but we try to keep our little corner tidy and keep the stock ready for the next day.
