Diner - Wares

Our place, Diner - Wares, is tucked away at A-25 on Eva Juhu Tara Road. If you know the area, you know it gets pretty crowded around here, especially on the weekends. We have been selling plates, bowls, and all that kind of stuff for a good number of years. It’s a simple shop. We don’t have big flashing signs or anything like that. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them we have what they need for their kitchen. The shelves are packed pretty tight with stacks of dishes. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when there are more than three people inside at once. We spend most of our day unpacking crates and checking for cracks. Juhu Tara Road is a good spot to be, even if the traffic is a nightmare sometimes. We try to keep things organized but it doesn't always stay that way. People come in looking for a single replacement mug or a whole set of dishes for a new house. We just show them what we have on the shelves. It is a straightforward business. No one here wears a suit. We are usually in old clothes because moving boxes of ceramic is heavy and messy work. We just stay open until the evening and then head home like everyone else on this street. It’s not a big fancy operation, but it keeps us going and we like the people who stop by to chat.
