Dimple Creation

Dimple Creation is situated in the Jyoti Building over at Kings Circle. This part of Mumbai, the 400019 area, is always lively. We have a small space in the building where we do all our work. It’s not a big corporate office, just a room with some desks and a lot of samples. We spend our days answering the phone and trying to keep up with the orders. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we just take the stairs. It keeps us fit, I guess. We don't have a fancy reception area or anyone to greet you at the door. You just walk in and find us working. The building is pretty old, but it’s in a great location near the circle. We can hear the traffic and the people outside all day. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't use any marketing buzzwords or try to sound like something we aren't. We are just a local business trying to make a living. Most of the time, our desks are covered in swatches and notebooks. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a customer has a question, we just tell them how it is. We’ve been in Kings Circle for a good while now and know most of the other shop owners nearby. It’s a nice community to be a part of. The afternoon sun hits the windows pretty hard, so we usually keep the blinds halfway down to stay comfortable while we work.
