Our shop is No 1 in the Vithal Krupa Building, located in Santacruz East. We are on Anand Nagar Road, which sits right behind the Hyatt Hotel. It’s a bit of an interesting spot because you have the big fancy hotel on one side and our more traditional local neighborhood on the other. The building we are in is a standard local structure. We’ve been here for several years, serving the people who live and work around Santacruz. The shop is small and practical. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. There are shelves along the walls and a counter where we handle all the transactions. Usually, there’s a radio playing softly in the background. It gets busy in the mornings when people are heading out to work and again in the evenings. We see a lot of the same faces every day. The road outside can get a bit dusty, so we are always cleaning the glass. We don't have a big marketing team or anything; it’s just us doing the daily work. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the road for a bit, but that’s just life in this part of town. We’ve got a good relationship with the other shop owners in Vithal Krupa. It’s a decent place to be, and we take things one day at a time. If someone needs something, they just walk in and ask. That’s how we like to keep it. Most people just walk over after they've finished their errands.
