Dessange Salon & Spa

Dessange Salon & Spa is located inside the High Street Phoenix Mall in Lower Parel, Mumbai. We are specifically on the first floor in the Sky Zone area. If you find the Marks & Spencer store, we are right across from them. Being in a mall like High Street Phoenix is a bit different from a street shop. Everything is very busy and there is constant music and noise from the shoppers outside. We are right in the middle of all the action in Mumbai. The shop itself is a good size and we have a lot of different stations for hair and beauty work. Because we are in the mall, we see people from all over the city, not just locals from Lower Parel. It is a fast-paced environment and we have to stay on our toes. We don't do much marketing, we just rely on people seeing us while they are out shopping. The lighting in the mall is always very bright, so we see every detail in the mirrors. We keep the place as clean as we can, but with so many people coming in and out, it is a full-time job just to sweep the floor. We have a team that works shifts to cover the long mall hours. It is a lot of work staying open until the mall closes late at night, but it is what we do. It is just a regular part of the Mumbai mall life for us. We focus on the hair and the customers.
