Deluxe Petrochem Pvt. Ltd. is based in Sahakar Bhawan, rooms 304 and 305. We are located at 340/348 Narsi Nath Natha Street, which is a very busy part of the Masjid Bunder area. If you have ever been near the station there, you know how crowded it gets with people and carts moving everywhere. It is a bit of a maze, but we like the energy of the place. Our office is old-fashioned with high ceilings and heavy wooden desks that have been around for decades. We deal with petrochem products, which involves a lot of paperwork and tracking shipments. It is not a modern, sleek space. There are stacks of files everywhere and the smell of old paper. We have a small window that looks out onto the street, but most of the time we are too busy to look out of it. The walk up to the third floor keeps us fit, though the lift works most of the time if you do not mind a bit of a wait. We are not big on corporate meetings or fancy presentations. We just talk to our suppliers and customers on the phone and get things moved from one place to another. It is a grounded, local way of doing things that has worked for us for a long time. We know our neighbors in the building and the guys who deliver the post. It is a very human way to run a business.
