We don’t have velvet curtains or expensive lighting. Mostly, it’s just bright bulbs so we can see what we are doing with the diamonds. Delicate Diamond Private Limited has been around this part of Goregaon for a while. We know the shopkeepers nearby and we usually get our lunch from the same place every day. The work is steady. We spend a lot of time grading stones and making sure everything matches up. It can be tedious, but we don't mind the quiet. The building itself is an older one, so it has that lived-in feel. We don't try to act like a big high-end firm. We are just a group of people who know diamonds well and work hard at it. Sometimes the traffic on Aarey Road makes it hard for people to reach us, but our regulars don't seem to mind the trip. We keep things honest and straightforward. No big promises or flashy talk here.
