Delhi Tarpata Works

We have been running Delhi Tarpata Works for quite some time now. Our shop is located at Shop No 7 in Tulsi Bhavan, right there on M G Road. If you know the Ghatkopar West area, you probably know how busy and crowded it gets around here. We are listed near the Antop Hill part, just behind the Amar Hotel. It’s a good spot for us, even if the traffic on the main road can be a real headache in the evenings. Most of the time, we are just busy with the tarpaulin work. Whether it’s fixing up an old cover or making something new for a customer, we stay occupied from morning until night. The shop itself isn't very large, but it serves us well enough. We keep all our tools and materials organized on the shelves, or at least we try to most days. Sometimes it gets a bit messy when we have a big order to finish, but that’s just how it goes in a small workshop. The weather really dictates our schedule. When the monsoon is about to start, everyone in the neighborhood starts thinking about their tarpatas, so we get a lot of folks dropping in. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning or anything like that. It’s just the workspace and a couple of chairs for when someone wants to sit and talk. We just keep doing our thing and helping out the locals.
