Deepak Transport

Deepak Transport has been running out of Dahisar for a good while now. We are tucked away in Laxmi Nivas, right behind the Gaodevi Mandir. If you know the area near Crawford Market, you’ve probably seen our trucks moving around. It’s a busy spot and we stay quite occupied with the daily hauls. We started small, just a couple of guys wanting to move goods from one point to another without much fuss. The traffic around here can be a real headache sometimes, especially near the temple on festival days, but we manage to get through it. People in the neighborhood know us by name mostly. We don’t have a big fancy office or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we handle the paperwork and coordinate the drivers. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when three deliveries come in at once, but that is just how the transport business goes. We deal with all sorts of items, from small crates to bigger loads that take up the whole truck bed. We just focus on getting the job done and making sure the goods reach where they need to go. It isn't always glamorous work, involves a lot of dusty roads and long hours, but it keeps the lights on. If you are walking past the mandir, you will likely see us loading up early in the morning. We just try to keep things simple and honest here for everyone.
