We're up on the fifth floor of Sai Chamber, which is part of the Shree Hari Estate on Narshi Natha Street. If you’ve been to this area, you know it’s a hub for transport and cargo. We deal with logistics, which basically means we spend our whole day figuring out where goods are and where they need to go next. There are a lot of phone calls to drivers and warehouse managers. The office is usually full of clipboards and delivery notes. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift isn't working right, but we’re used to it. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations, just the essentials for tracking shipments. It’s a fast-paced environment because things are always moving on the street below. We see a lot of different people coming in, from truck owners to small business owners wanting to ship their products across the country. We’ve been in this spot for a while and have seen many companies come and go. We just stay focused on our own pile of work. Sometimes shipments get stuck or there's a problem with the paperwork, and we have to spend hours on the phone to fix it. That's just part of the business. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps the trade moving in this part of town. We just show up every morning and start checking the lists to see what arrived and what needs to leave the warehouse today.
