D.Design Associates

D.Design Associates is based in a quiet corner of Mumbai, specifically at B-4 in the Mahudi Darshan building. We are in the 400101 zip code area. It’s a simple office space where we focus on our design work. We don't have a big reception area or a lot of staff in suits. It’s mostly just us sitting at our desks, surrounded by sketches and computer screens. The building itself is quite traditional for this part of Maharashtra in India. We chose this spot because it’s relatively calm, which helps when you need to think about designs all day. We’ve set up our workspace to be functional rather than impressive. There are books and samples scattered around, and usually, someone has a cup of tea on their desk. We don’t really do marketing or go looking for attention. Most people who know us just find us through word of mouth or by coming to Mahudi Darshan directly. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because it keeps things manageable. Every morning, we walk in, check the mail, and get started on the projects. It’s a very manual process sometimes, drawing things out and making sure the measurements are right. We aren't interested in being a huge firm. We just want to do our designs and keep the office running smoothly. It’s an honest day's work in a city that never really stops moving. We keep the doors open and the work moving along every single day.
