Dcs Logistics Pvt Ltd is up on the 1st floor of D'Mello House. You can find us in the room section near Andheri East, right on Bodeli Station Road. It’s a very convenient spot for us because we’re so close to the station. You can hear the trains if you listen closely, which I guess is a good reminder of why we’re in the logistics business. D'Mello House is an older building with a lot of character, and maybe a few too many leaks when the monsoon hits. We have a small office where we spend most of our time staring at schedules and calling drivers. Logistics is one of those jobs where something is always going wrong somewhere, so we stay pretty busy trying to fix things. We don't have any fancy furniture or a reception desk. It’s just a few of us in a room with a lot of papers. Sometimes the Bodeli Station Road gets so jammed with traffic that we can't even get out for lunch. We usually just bring something from home or order from the place downstairs. We’ve been in this office for years and have no real plans to move anytime soon. It’s a bit cramped, and the paint is peeling in the corners, but it’s where we do our best work. We aren't interested in looking like a big corporate firm. We just want to make sure the cargo gets where it is going on time.
