Dayton Engineering Co.

Dayton Engineering Co. is over in Malad West, specifically in the New Sonal Link Industrial Estate. We are in Building Number 2, at Unit Number 22. If you know the Link Road area, you know it’s always moving. The estate itself is a bit of a maze with all the different buildings and units, but we’ve been in this spot for a good while. Inside our unit, it’s mostly just the machinery and the workbenches. We do engineering work, so it’s usually quite loud and there’s always something being measured or fitted. We aren't the type of company that has a big marketing team or a polished showroom. We just have our workspace where we deal with the daily tasks. The air in Malad can get a bit heavy with the heat, especially in an industrial building like ours, but we keep the fans going and get on with it. Sometimes the neighbors in the estate are doing something noisy too, and we all just work around each other. It’s a community of small businesses all trying to do their thing. We like being on the Link Road because it’s easy for people to find us once they get into the right building. It’s a basic setup, but it’s served us well for years. We just come in every morning and stay until the work is done, making sure everything is built correctly.
