We are at 35/2495 Indian Airlines Quarters in Jantanagar. It's right across from the Kala Chowki Police Station, which makes it easy for people to find us. Usually, it's pretty busy around here with the police vehicles coming and going. We handle a lot of logistics work, mostly moving goods from one point to another for people in the area. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we keep our logs and take calls. Some days are quieter than others, but mostly there's a lot of paperwork to deal with when the trucks are out. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The neighborhood knows us. If you walk past the station, you'll see our sign. It gets a bit crowded during the morning hours when everyone is heading to work. We spend a lot of time on the phone making sure drivers know where they are supposed to be. It’s hard work and the hours can be long, especially when traffic in Mumbai gets bad. We just try to get the jobs done as they come in. Sometimes the rains make everything slower, but that's just how it is here. We focus on the transport side of things because that's what we know. There's usually someone around to answer questions if you drop by, though we might be busy with a delivery or checking the schedules. We don't have a big marketing team, just a few people trying to keep things organized and moving every day.
