Our shop is located at S-23 inside the Palladium Mall. It's part of the High Street Phoenix Mill Compound on Senapati Bapat Marg. Lower Parel is always a busy area to be in, especially during the weekends. We are situated on the second floor. The mall is quite large, so it takes a bit of walking to get to us. We’ve got the store laid out with different sections for the clothing. It’s a bright space with lots of lights. We spend our days folding shirts and making sure the hangers are straight. The mall air conditioning is a relief from the Mumbai heat outside. We see a lot of different people walking by every hour. Some just peek in, while others stay to look at the fabric. We work under the Indusleague Clothing umbrella. The 462 address is well-known in this part of town. It used to be all mills around here, but now it’s all these tall buildings and shops. Our store isn't the biggest, but we fit a lot of stock into the space we have. The back room is where we keep the extra sizes, and it stays pretty cluttered. We usually have a couple of people on the floor to help out if someone needs a different size. It’s a standard retail life. We open when the mall opens and head home once the shutters go down at night.
