Our place is at Plot No. 148, AB, inside the Government Industrial Estate in Sector-2. That’s in the Charkop area of Kandivali West. It’s a pretty standard industrial layout, so all the buildings look a bit similar from the outside. If you’re driving through Sector-2, you’ll see plenty of trucks and workers moving stuff around all day. We’ve been part of this estate for quite some time now as Damro Exports. It’s a lot of logistical work, moving furniture and checking boxes. The warehouse can get pretty hot in the afternoons, especially during the summer months, but we’ve got our routine down. We aren't really the type of business that has a big fancy entrance. It’s more about the loading docks and the space inside for all the stock. Most of our day is spent coordinating things and making sure everything is where it needs to be. Kandivali is a busy part of town, and Charkop has its own rhythm. We know the tea stall guys and the other business owners on the block. It feels like a small community even though it's a big industrial zone. We don't really use much marketing speak because our work is mostly just practical. We show up, handle the exports, and go home. It’s been our base for years and we’re used to the noise and the pace of the estate.
