Dal Chand & Sons

Dal Chand & Sons is located at 70 Lamington Road, right near Nagdevi Street and not too far from Mohammedali Road. It is a very crowded part of the city, and the streets are always packed with people carrying heavy bundles of hardware. If you are looking for us, you have to navigate through all those narrow lanes where the handcarts are always pushing past. Our place is tucked in there among hundreds of other small shops. The smell of metal and old grease is pretty much everywhere. It is a family thing here, just working through the daily list of items that need to be sorted. The shop gets quite dusty because of all the construction and traffic nearby, but we don't pay it much mind. We usually start quite early before the sun gets too hot, though the narrow streets keep things a bit shaded. There is always a lot of chatter from the neighbors and the sound of hammers or crates being moved. We have been in this spot for a long time. The shelves are packed high with all sorts of things, and it can be a bit of a maze if you don't know your way around. We just keep our heads down and handle the business as it comes. It is not a fancy showroom or anything like that, just a workspace where we spend our hours.
