Glamour

We are located in Dadar West, right inside Atlantic Plaza at 110. The area is famous for being called Garage Galli. It is a very busy place, especially with all the shops and people moving around Senapati Bapat Marg. Our shop is called Glamour. It isn't a very large space, but we make use of every corner we have. There are stacks of boxes everywhere. People come to us for all sorts of things. Since we are in Dadar, it’s always loud outside with the traffic and the trains nearby. We have been here for years. The building is old but it stays standing. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls. Just some shelves and a counter. We spend most of our time talking to customers or checking the stock. Sometimes the lift in the building breaks down and we have to carry everything up the stairs. It is tiring but we are used to it by now. The tea stall downstairs is where we get our morning chai. Everyone in the plaza knows each other. It feels like a small village inside a big city. We open up at ten and stay until the market starts to quiet down at night. It’s a good place to be if you like being in the middle of everything. The rent goes up every few years, but we like the location too much to leave.
