Dachmas Furniture Co.

We have our little furniture shop at Plot No.29, specifically Shop No.7, over in the Seven Bungalows area of Mumbai. It is a good location because it is right in the middle of a lot of residential buildings. We have been here for a while, providing furniture to the people living nearby. The shop is not huge, so we have to be careful about what we put on the floor. It is often a bit crowded with chairs, tables, and cabinets. Sometimes you have to squeeze past a wardrobe just to get to the back. We do not have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It is just us running the place day to day. We do not use any fancy sales tactics or have a glossy catalog to show people. Usually, folks just walk in, take a look at the quality of the wood or the upholstery, and we talk about what might fit in their apartment. Mumbai apartments can be small, so we spend a lot of time discussing measurements with customers to make sure things fit. The neighborhood is friendly and we get a lot of repeat business from people who bought from us years ago. We are not trying to be the biggest furniture store in the city, just a reliable one for our neighbors here in Seven Bungalows. If you are in the area, you will see us there on the ground floor. It is a simple, honest way to run a shop.
