You can find us over at 307 Samruddhi Commercial Complex. We are on Chincholi Bunder Road, just off the Link Road in Malad West. It’s a busy area, lots of shops and offices around here. D4 Surgicals (india) Pvt. Ltd. is basically us handling medical supplies and surgical items. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking inventory in the back. The office isn't anything special to look at, but it gets the job done. We deal with hospitals and doctors who need specific things for their work. Being in Malad West makes it easy for deliveries, though the traffic on Link Road can be a real headache in the evenings. We’ve been in this building for a while now. You take the lift up to the third floor. There’s always someone coming or going with boxes. We aren't a giant corporation with fancy lobbies and coffee machines. It’s mostly just us working through orders and making sure everything is where it should be. Sometimes it's a bit disorganized when a big shipment comes in, but we sort it out eventually. People know they can find us here during regular hours. It’s a practical business. We focus on the surgical tools and getting them out to whoever needs them. That’s about it for our daily routine here. We’ve become part of the furniture in this complex. It’s a lot of work, but we are used to it and just keep moving.
