D. S. Kothari Hospital

If you know Kasturba Chowk, then you probably know where D. S. Kothari Hospital is. We are over at Kamla Kutir, right in the CP Tank area. It’s an old part of town with a lot of history and narrow streets. Our building, Kamla Kutir, has its own character, though it’s been through a lot of seasons. We’ve been operating here for years, and most of the locals just call us by the name on the sign. The area around CP Tank is always bustling with activity, shops, and people moving about. Inside the hospital, we try to keep things as quiet as possible, though the sounds of the street sometimes drift in. It’s a busy place, but we have a rhythm to how we do things. We don't have a lot of fancy waiting rooms with TV screens. It’s mostly just chairs and people waiting their turn. The staff here are locals mostly, and they know the neighborhood well. Sometimes it gets a bit hot in the summer, but we do what we can. Working at Kasturba Chowk means we are right in the middle of everything. It's a convenient location for people living nearby. We just focus on taking care of the patients who come through the door. There’s no big marketing team here, just us. We’ve been part of this community for a long time, and we plan on staying at Kamla Kutir for much longer, helping out anyone who stops by.
