D O R Indi Crafts

Over at D O R Indi Crafts, we spend our time working on various items from our space in Kandivali West. We are based out of D-104 in the Kesar Residency building, which is a fairly easy place to find if you know where Bhagwati Restaurant is. Charkop is a busy area, but our little corner is a bit more tucked away. We deal with crafts and things that take a bit of patience and a steady hand. It’s not a huge factory or anything, just a workspace where we keep all our materials and finished pieces. Sometimes the place gets a bit cluttered with supplies, but we know where everything is. Living and working in Kandivali means we see a lot of the same faces, which is nice. We started this because we liked making things, and it just grew from there into what it is today. Being near a landmark like the restaurant helps when people are trying to find us for the first time. We don’t go in for big advertisements or anything like that. Most people just hear about us from someone else in the building or around the Charkop area. It’s a quiet sort of work, mostly focusing on the details of whatever we are making that week. The Residency is a good spot for us, and we’ve made ourselves at home here over the years. It’s just us doing what we know how to do best in our own way.
