Katyani Healthcare

We are tucked away in No. 501 of the D-Chambers. It’s a busy building with a lot of different offices, so the lobby is always full of people waiting for the elevators. Katyani Healthcare is up on the fifth floor. The office is a bit plain, just white walls and some basic desks. We have a few cabinets for all our records. It’s not the kind of place that looks like a magazine photo, but it serves its purpose. We deal with a lot of phone calls throughout the day. Sometimes the air conditioning makes a weird rattling noise, but we’ve gotten used to it. The view from the window is just other buildings and a bit of the street below. We keep a kettle in the corner for making tea, which is pretty much essential for us. Most of the staff has been here for a couple of years, so we have a rhythm. We don't do much in the way of marketing or fancy stuff. We just focus on the orders and making sure the paperwork is correct. The commute can be a bit of a grind depending on where everyone is coming from. D-Chambers is a well-known landmark in the area, so at least we don't have to explain the location too much. It’s a steady, predictable sort of work life for all of us here. We usually close up right on time because everyone is eager to beat the evening rush at the station.
